New chapter

Well we have started a new chapter in life--they call it being " Empty Nesters"--at first I thought--This is for the BIRDS! But its not so bad, most of the time. I still miss the kids, but luckily David and Daniel and their families don't live too far away!
Michael left March 19 --his 19th birthday, for the Missionary Training Center. This past week he flew out to Houston Texas to start serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for the next 2 years. We are really proud of him for choosing to serve, as his other 3 brothers have. It has been a wonderful life changing experience for all of them, and I'm sure it will be the same for Mike.
Thomas has 7 more months serving in the California San Fernando mission. We have met and talked to several families that live in the area he serves in and they all say how much they love him and how happy he is all the time--he really love being a missionary!
So now after having children in our home for the past 28 years, Drew and I are enjoying some time together--it's pretty fun--kinda doing our own thing. It's so fun!
